Julia is the new host of this new show  Healing From Within which will provide an indepth view of all things healing - humans, animals and the environment.  Julia has spent the last eighteen years helping those on two legs and four recover from life threatening situations.  She now teaches her work to others as well as continuing to help those in need on all levels. 

In this first show, Julia is delighted to be interviewing Cllr. Sandra E. Naden-Horley who is the Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care with a budget of £220 million for Northamptonshire.  She is also a specialist in helping others heal from trauma and anxiety.  Sandra also works with Anxiety UK and is now setting up a school specialising in BWRT techniques which can enable others to recover rapidly from trauma, abuse as well as stress, panic and anxiety.  Sandra will be sharing her knowledge and expertise as well as explaining how these techniques work.
