Waco Police Chief Ryan Holt described situations where two groups are willing to shoot each other in a crowded shopping center as - just like the Branch Davidian "standoff" - a paradigm shift. Just the other day, local authorities arrested two local Cossacks in Six Shooter Junction and another in East Texas for the shooting of a 1%'er Cossack in Smith County. Looks like those two groups are still doing some shooting. Nothing was said about other clubs, 1% or otherwise.
