I used to resent the little in my hand. And by that I mean: the little time, the little support, the little resource, the little capacity I had to outwork what was in my heart. There have been so many times where I have despised the days of small beginnings, falling into the all-too-easy temptation to compare my start to someone else’s middle. Or you know, my corner of the dining table to someone else’s monochrome office.

But God delights in the little that you have. And when we pour out the little we have before the gaze and into the hands of our Father, He always multiples.
