Happy Thanksgiving! This year we’re reviewing a film based around some Black Friday madness with Paul Blart: Mall Cop (2009). While this comedy movie written and starred in by Kevin James actually came onto the scene when we were teenagers in high school, that still counts as childhood by our standards! It was stunningly popular in theaters yet loathed by critics, so we have to ask: is there something charming about a mall security guard living his Die Hard fantasy?
