In this episode, I had the good fortune to speak with Nicole Allison. During our conversation Nicole shares her journey from being a football player then on to becoming a football manager and then on to being a lecturer and a FA Intermediary.
In between these, Nicole still found time to set up her own business and play an active part of the London FA Advisory Group.
