Participants joined Herbie for another cooking adventure. This time: Heidi made Apple Sauce. If cooking with us, you will need the following:

• 5 large macintosh apples
• 1/4 Cups sugar
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
• Water
• Saucepan
• Food mill (optional)
• strainer (optional)
• potato masher (optional)
• fork
• measuring cups and spoons
• spoons
• taste buds (mandatory)
