Participants joined Tori and me as we took you on another cooking adventure. This time: Apple Fritters. If cooking with us, you will need the following:

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk.
• 1 1/2 cups peeled, diced apples.
• 2 Mixing Bowls
• Oil
• Skillet
