Chad Carter is VP of Sales at WALLIX. He has worked in the technology field for over 25 years, focusing on enterprise cyber security and regulatory compliance in industries ranging from healthcare and finance to manufacturing and retail. With an M.S. in Security Administration, he started his career with Cabletron Systems during the battle of the 100Mb technologies in the midst of the Y2K scare. He made the move to cyber security in 2010 and has never looked back.

Russ Braden Lead Solutions Architect, Arrow Russ is a seasoned data center technologist with over 20 years’ experience, having worked for companies such as Dell, EMC (before merger), and American Power Conversion (by Schneider Electric). He has been part of the Arrow engineering team for 13 years, providing Arrow channel partners with technical enablement and support on technologies like NetApp’s data management, storage, and cloud solutions and, more recently, NVIDIA solutions for AI, HPC analytics, as well as enterprise-level professional graphics, VR/AR, and VDI. Russ has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Hampton University and a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland. His current research and learning focus is around all things NVIDIA and other data intelligence solutions from providers within the Arrow supplier line card.

Bruce Parkman Chief Executive Officer, Blue Light Bruce Parkman is the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Light, the largest provider of support and services to the i2 Analyst Notebook portfolio market. He started Blue Light in 2014. Blue Light’s mission is to ensure that almost 500,000 Analyst’s Notebook user’s analytical requirements are met with the most up to date training, technical support, software development and solution-based services. He is also the founder, CEO, investor or advisor to 5 other companies.
Parkman entered the Army in 1980 and spent 21 years in the service, including 18 years as a Green Beret serving in a variety of assignments in 7th and 10th Special Forces Groups and with the U.S. Army Special Warfare Center and School before retiring as a Sergeant Major in May of 2001.
After retirement and post-9-11, he deployed overseas as a technician in support of the Afghanistan invasion and started NEK, a defense contracting company that became one of the largest providers of technical, intelligence and cyber training to the Special Operations Community and established companies in Australia and the UAE by 2012.
Parkman graduated from Methodist College with honors (Summa Cum Laude) receiving a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.A. in Security Administration from Webster University. He is also a founding Director of the Green Beret Foundation, Chairman of the Board for the Global Special Operations Forces Foundation and the founder of the Small and Mid-Sized Business Information Sharing Organization, is on the Board of Your Grateful Nation and provides counseling to veterans interested in Entrepreneurship and plays the bagpipes.

He spent nearly five years at Hitachi Data Systems in product R&D and delivery for enterprise storage and big data. Prior to Hitachi, O’Keefe started and sold two infrastructure IT companies, one focused on Linux storage management software and the other on cloud backup. Matthew O'Keefe Vice President and Corporate Technologist, Oracle Dr. Matthew O’Keefe is a vice president and corporate technologist in the Cloud Business Group at Oracle, specializing in helping customers leverage the Oracle cloud to build out next-generation enterprise IT and deploy new cloud applications quickly. He spent nearly five years at Hitachi Data Systems in product R&D and delivery for enterprise storage and big data. Prior to Hitachi, O’Keefe started and sold two infrastructure IT companies, one focused on Linux storage management software and the other on cloud backup. He began his computing career with a Ph.D. at Purdue University in parallel computing and, before entering the enterprise IT world, spent 10 years as a tenured professor at the University of Minnesota, developing parallel applications that leveraged very large scale computing systems, the precursors to today’s clouds.
