Cindy discusses her plans for the upcoming year in Early Learning and Lower School. Merging together her first year and the two corresponding COVID-interrupted years.
The 8th grade students got to explore deeper into the different fields that STEM has to offer. They got the opportunity to taste different STEM classes in the Upper (High) School and see what they might be interested in beyond Middle School.

Cindy takes us through fabrication projects in the lower school and early learning. First and third graders tell us about their favorite project, what happens when mistakes are made, and how important creativity is to them.

Today Cindy takes us through what coding can look like in a curriculum for three year olds through 2nd grade. She gives many different lesson ideas that you can use even if you do not have access to technology. The most important thing is vocabulary and computational thinking.

Today we hear from some Middle School students about a project that they recently did within their STEM class. We get to see how lessons can change quickly and how "last minute" some times turns into, "I should do this every year!" This lesson can easily be replicated in 2nd - 10th. We used cospace.io.
