One of my favorite Irish proverbs, that’s quoted at probably every Irish funeral, is mentioned a few times in this episode:

May the road rise up to meet you.

May the wind be always at your back.

May the sun shine warm upon your face;

the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,

may God hold you in the palm of His hand.In today's episode I talk about:
How a little bit of adversity is necessary for personal growth
-G.O.D: the Good Orderly Direction of the Universe
-My parents getting divorced and how it ultimately was the best thing that happened for my individual relationship to each one of them.
-How undergoing a major medical issue was ultimate the best thing that ever happened to my health.
-My Dad dying in 2016 and how it ultimately enhanced my perspective on mortality, priorities, and renewed my love for the people in my life.
-living fully while you are alive, not just in the afterlife
