Hi my name is Mallory. I am a scientist learning how to tell the story of my research. And in this episode I address my fellow scientists and try to convince them of the power of a new method which can be used to answer the question "can we compare the genome of a virus to the gene expression of it's host cell to determine how a virus changes it's environment during single-cell infection?" ( The method I discuss was published by Sakia et al. in the journal of Nature Methods during 2019).
