CPD Supt. David Brown talks about CPD's expanding community engagement programs and his commitment to transforming the department. As the Superintendent says, "a police leader who is not reforming his/her department should get out of the business."

It's not easy. You have to be willing to walk into a room and kick over a couple of tables and chairs to get your organization's attention. Then you have to change hearts and minds inside department and build bridges and trust outside of the department.

Supt. Brown is working day and night to do both.
