The mother of the man charged with killing an elderly lady with a forklift called police prior to the incidnet happening in an attempt to get help for her son who was having a mental health issue. She called the police but the were not able to get there before he left and commited this crime. Mental health is a greater challenge for those 18 years or older in a crisis situation.
