In this episode, I talk with my friend Coach Mike Minikwu. Mike is the offensive coordinator at Iowa Central Community College. Now is a time for meaningful conversations between people from different backgrounds. Mike and I discuss racism, the importance of listening to each other, and some things that are bringing us hope.
