Today’s Core Value is: Loyalty. What does loyalty mean to you? Sometimes we think that we must be loyal to a fault. What does that even mean? Loyalty to a fault can be dangerous. It can make us unhappy. Being loyal to an employer or a job that makes us unhappy, or a relationship that is broken, or a commitment that we made in a moment of weakness. Does loyalty always create happiness? Being loyal to yourself and your happiness is a core value.

Making a big life change is pretty scary. But you know what’s even scarier? Regret. Don’t let unfounded, or undeserved loyalty to a person, or a job, or a choice prevent you from growth.
