On this episode of Strangers No More (Recorded in December 2020), I sat down with Sam from Quebec, Canada. We talked about his background with traditional jiu jitsu, stepping out of your comfort zone, growing up in Quebec. He filled me in on the healthcare system and assured me the winters were just as grueling as I thought they were. We talked about his love for gaming, his journey to receiving his masters degree and becoming a social worker, which led us into a great conversation about mental health and helping others with their mental health.
