🎉 Big changes start with small steps
Some of my best tips to share with anyone who has big goals, whether it's starting a new career, going back to school, starting a new business, or trying to make small improvements. These don't need to be implemented today. Add them in one at a time until these become daily habits.
Wake up early but get enough sleep
Daily movement
Eat healthy meals, snacks in moderation
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
Limit mindless scrolling
Spending time in nature
Read from an actual book (no e-readers)
These daily habits have helped me to accomplish some big goals. I've found when I implement these I become much more productive and focused on achieving large and small goals.
But if you're thinking about making a huge change, such as going back to school, starting a side business, or even starting a new career, here are some extra tips to get you started on the right foot.
Set realistic goals for yourself and break them down into smaller manageable pieces.
Find a support group or someone who has already accomplished what you're working towards to help guide and encourage you.
Create a study or work schedule and stick to it as much as possible.
Get rid of any distractions in your environment that might hinder your progress.
Take breaks when you need them but don't allow yourself to get too comfortable during those break periods.
Celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small they may seem.
persist even when you feel like giving up.
Stay positive and remember your why
Visualize your success
Don't be afraid to ask for help
Making significant changes in your life can be daunting but if you break it down into smaller pieces and take it one day at a time, eventually you'll get to where you want to be.

So there's a lot of different things that really come into play when you're trying to make a big change in your life. And I made a social media post earlier this week. And that's sort of what prompted me for the idea for this podcast, was to talk a little bit more about that and going a little bit more in depth on the things that I would tell people. So you know, the social media posts, really read this, some of my best tips to share with anyone who has big goals, whether it's starting a new career, going back to school, starting a new business, or trying to make small improvements. These don't need to be implemented today. Add them in one at a time until these become daily habits. And I listed out seven different things. And I'll, I'll read them for you here. Now, number one, wake up early, but get enough sleep. Number two, daily movement. Number three, eat healthy meals, eat snacks and moderation. Number four, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Number five, limit mindless scrolling. Number six, spend time in nature. Number seven, read from an actual book, not an e reader. And so these are some of the things that I have implemented in my life to help me accomplish some big goals, it doesn't mean that I'm perfect and get these things done every single day. But these are the things that I try to prioritize every day. And they have helped me to become much more productive, and focused on achieving large,
