- Occlusal rim with base or record base

Maxillary Plane
a) Ant occlusal plane
o Parallel to interpupilary line
o Strabismus (malaligned pupils ) – parallel to the line of lower lip at rest
b) Post occlusal plane
o Ala-tragus line / Camper’s line
o Parallel with the inferior border of posterior occlusal plane run in anteroposterior direction

Mandibular Plane
Parellel to the maxillary occlusal plane
