Season Three Kicks off with Irish born singer - songwriter Megan O’Neill. In todays episode we talk explore Megans journey and we have an in dept chat about what it takes to stay creative. We explore the power of being uncomfortable and how vulnerability has a huge part to play in our lives. Megan has just released her second full length studio album on March 12th, 2021 - titled Getting Comfortable with Uncertainty.. Throughout the past 12 months, Megan has been releasing a new single every 8 - 12 weeks with great success in Ireland and the UK. Time in a Bottle, the bonus track off the new album, featured on episode one of hit Netflix TV Show Firefly Lane. One week later, she performed the song live on the RTE Late Late Show - reaching an audience of approximately 2 million and the single charted that same weekend in Ireland across all genres. Time in a Bottle was the highest new entry on the Irish Homegrown Charts at the end of February and playlisted by RTE Radio 1. She has performed at private Oscars’ parties in LA alongside Gavin James (on invite from JJ Abrams) and has had her song 'Don’t You’ featured on ABC’s hit TV Show ‘Nashville’ (Season 3). In 2019 Megan opened three stadium shows for the legendary Sir Tom Jones - performing in front of 15,000 people per night. In the first few months of 2020, Megan opened for Lighthouse Family at the Olympia Theatre, Dublin and Jamie Cullum at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre. Deemed a “rising star” by uDiscover and Timeout Magazine London. This lady is unstoppable and shows that with heart, soul and self belief, you can achieve anything! Today, I speak with the most wonderful, genuine and wholehearted human, Claire Walsh.
Claire is an Irish Freediver, Constant Singer, Breath & Wellness Speaker and a Daily Sea Swimmer.
Claire is an 8 time National Record Holder in Free Diving.
The art of breathing has led Claire to a lifetime of study and work. A background in theatre, a curiosity in movement, not so much a love of singing as a need to sing and a grá for the sea has served as perfect playgrounds to explore the possibilities and potential of breath in it’s many creative forms.
Through her mission to better understand how breathwork influences the mind, voice, body and spirit; she has uncovered specialist ways to not only enhance her own performance but her way of living, informing the methods for teaching others how to do the same.
One of my biggest takeaways from listening to Claire was her curiosity for life and where it leads her. Having an open mind and a curioius heart, Claires story teaches us all to embrace life and have the courage to say yes and remain open to where it could take you.

The most meaningful, positive and sustainable change that happens in life, happens from the Inside Out. Creating meaning, purpose and joy that happens from within rather than relying on external sources to complete us is how we create a life where we can be our authentic selves, with confidence and passion . One guy to embodies what it means to be authentic and genuine is Thomas McCormack. Thomas is an Authenticity Coach and his work as a coach has allowed him to align with his passion, speak his truth and live a life that’s real, authentic and genuine and he empowers others to do the same.
Thomas learned that a life lived seeking externally comes with a crippling price for our own individual and unique existence. Transitioning from a young man working as a nightclub promoter to a human in growth as a full time life coach came with growing pains that brought him back to the truth of who he really was. Over time his practice as a coach has become one where he works one to one with people looking to create meaningful change in a sustainable way. Authenticity, expression and creativity - from the inside out!"
