Whilst it has not been the best of seasons for the Dons, there has been a glimmer of hope in these final few matches, and we have to put on record for the job Peter Leven has done to steer us to safety.
Lots to look forward as we head into a new era under Jimmy Thelin.

What an epic few days for the Dons.
The young Dons are Champions of the Club Academy Scotland Elite Under 18 League following our 2-1 win against Rangers. Just days later, Fletcher Boyd makes his Dons first team debut and scores an injury time goal in our 4-0 win against Hibs!

Our relegation battle is well and truly on as the Dons are downed by St Johnstone and St Mirren, leaving us in 10th place in the Scottish Premiership, just four points ahead of Ross County in 11th.
And whilst the Chairman has commented on X, it doesn't change anything. It doesn't give any insight as to how our current predicament is going to be fixed and the evidence in front of us shows that we are going to have a tough few months ahead of us until the end of the season.

All Aberdeen had to do is win in our match against Ross County at Pittodrie, and for Hibs to lose against Hearts.
Hearts did their bit, but we didn't - losing out to a late penalty award which saw Ross County take the top six spot. Jim Goodwin provides his analysis post match.

Ironically, no game to see the year out with, after the Livingston match was called off due to a frozen pitch.

It was a frustrating night at Fir Park as we start the Christmas and New Year matches with a 0-0 draw against Motherwell.
