- Each home elevator should be equipped with a main power switch to cut off the elevator. The position of the switch should be easily and quickly accessible from the entrance of the machine room. If several elevators share the same machine room, the main power switch of each elevator should be easy to identify. Its capacity should be able to cut off the maximum current under normal use of the elevator, but the switch should not cut off the following power supply circuits:a. Car lighting and ventilation;b. Lighting in the engine room and the pulley room;c. Power socket in the computer room;d. Power sockets on the top and bottom of the car;e. Elevator shaft lighting;f. alarm system.2. Each elevator should be equipped with a protection device for phase failure and phase failure of the power supply system, and this device should also play a protective role in the phase of elevator operation.3. Elevator power and control lines should be laid separately. The neutral wire and ground wire should always be separated from the power supply into the machine room. The color of the ground wire is yellow and green insulated wires. The metal covers of electrical equipment except for the safety voltage below 36V should be installed. It has an easy-to-identify grounding terminal and should have a good grounding. The grounding wires should be directly connected to the grounding poles, and they must not be connected in series before grounding.4. The laying of pipes and ducts should be straight, neat and firm. The total area of ??the wires in the wire trough is not more than 60% of the net area of ??the trough; the total area of ??the wires in the wire tube is not more than 40% of the net area of ??the tube; the fixed distance between hoses is not more than 1m, and the fixed distance between ends is not more than 0.1m.
- The installation position of the control cabinet and screen should conform to:a. The distance between the front of the control cabinet and the screen is not less than 600mm from the door and window;b. The maintenance side wall of the control cabinet and the screen shall not be less than 600mm;c. The distance between the control cabinet and the mechanical equipment of the screen shall not be less than 500mm.6. The clearance between the wire rope in the machine room and the floor hole on each side should be 20-40mm, and a step with a height of 50mm or more should be built around the hole leading to the hoistway.7. If the load-bearing beam of the traction machine needs to be embedded in the load-bearing wall, the supporting length should exceed 20mm from the center of the wall thickness and should not be less than 75mm.8. There should be a mark corresponding to the lifting direction of the car on the motor or flywheel. The outer sides of the traction wheel, flywheel, and governor wheel should be painted yellow. The brake manual release wrench is painted red and hung on an accessible wall.9. The traction machine should have a proper amount of lubricating oil. The oil standard should be complete, the oil level display should be clear, and the movable lubrication parts of the speed limiter should also be reliably lubricated.10. The brake action is flexible. When braking, the brake shoes on both sides should be tightly and evenly attached to the working surface of the brake wheel. When the brake is released, it should be left synchronously. The average value of the four corners of the gap should not be greater than 0.7mm on each side.11. The deviation of the speed limiter sheave and the layer selector steel belt wheel to the vertical line is not more than 0.5mm, and the deviation of the traction sheave and the guide wheel to the vertical line is not more than 2mm under no-load or full-load conditions. .12. The overspeed governor should run smoothly, the action speed setting seal should be intact without any traces of disassembly when leaving the factory, the overspeed governor should be installed in the correct position, the base should be firm, and there should be no vibration when linked with the safety gear.13. In the event of a power outage or electrical system failure, there should be measures to move the car slowly. If a manual emergency operating device is used, the brake should be released with a brake release wrench, and a continuous force should be used to maintain its release state.
