The nut on the tie rod should be tightened. The surface of the heat exchange tube and tube sheet hole at the connection part of the heat exchange unit should be cleaned up, and no burrs, iron filings, rust spots, oil stains, etc. that affect the quality of the expansion or welding connection should be left.

The Heat Exchangers FHC060B should not be forcibly beaten when threading, and the surface of the heat exchanger should not be dented or scratched. When installing and expanding the tube bundle of the heat exchange unit, ensure that the tube sheet is perpendicular to the tube, and the two tube sheets are parallel.
