Neckbeards are defined as people that are overly opinionated, lacking most social skills or tack. Most of the time Neckbeards are racist, bigots, and generally unpleasant to be around. As you can imagine, encountering them can be interesting, to say the least. Most of the encounters are usually so crazy, cringe-worthy and ridiculous that it is funny.
