Show NotesIn This Show, We Cover:* I would like to determine a geographic location/city/zip codes to invest in. How can I compare cities and zip codes within my county most effectively? What should I be looking for? My goal would be to determine the best location/city to invest in around my area. I’m thinking least amount of investors/mailings saturation. Good rent to price ratio. My goal is to get homes at a price where I can use one of many strategies. How would I determine the amount and quality of prospects within that market? * I want to send a letter to a neglected house that I found while driving in my neighborhood. I looked up the address on the assessor’s site and there are two owners listed on the house each with different last names. When addressing a letter to them, do you just pick one of the two names? Do you send a letter to each or address the letter to both? * I got a call from a seller that has a house that has been condemned due to meth manufacturing. Is this something that can be dealt with fairly simply, or should I just say next? * Have been in contact with a couple realtors for the past couple weeks. It may be time to ask them to list a property that has not transferred deed. How should this conversation go? * If a seller is willing to offer seller financing, how much do I offer in the way of % points, or reward?
