At times you may feel as though life has given you lemons, but I implore you to use it to make lemonades. Yes, I know you will say, you cant do it, it is very difficult you are depressed and probably tossed on every hand. 

The key to climbing over the mountain is basically, doing it one step at a time. Do not rush, when you're climbing be patient, walk slowly Jesus never rushed the journey, but it was completed on time.
