An individual of a property has been making threats and harassing a victim of a shared property who is battling cancer. His intent is for the victim to sell the property so he can take over. He’s using threats and intimidation towards her to get her to sell the property. Law enforcement and District Attorney’s are failing to protect the victims rights to prosecute this individual. If justice is not served, it could escalate to more serious crime being committed by this individual such as great bodily injury or death. Is this individual above the law? Who does he have in his pocket to get away with these types of acts or threats to get away with these crimes without being prosecuted or arrested? How long will this continue before law enforcement or DA’s office files charges against this individual before something serious happens to the victim.
