This week, I have been sharing some insights into what leaders SHOULD NOT DO. The list could go on and on, but I believe I have given you enough examples to make sure you know what you should not do!

On Monday,I shared “**DO NOT SPEAK BEFORE THINKING ABOUT THE INTENDED RESULT.”

On Tuesday,**I talked about “DO NOT DRAW LINES IN THE SAND.”

On Wednesday,we talked about the importance of “NOT HAVING DIFFERENT STANDARDS FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE.”On Thursday, I shared the importance of NOT HESITATING TO MAKE A DECISION and DO NOT CHANGE YOUR DECISIONS once they are made!”Finally, I want to leave you with a POSITIVE thing to do:  When you are wrong, admit it. It is not a sign of weakness. It is an indicator of honesty and humility.
