Coordinator Of Clare immigrant support services, Orla explains the workings of the Clare Immigrant support centre which is based in Ennis. Clare Immigrant Support Centre (CISC) aims to ensure access to appropriate state and community services and the upholding of all the rights and entitlements of all in the immigrant community.
