“It's Time For An Upgrade” is a manuscript of my life and how I triumphed over challenges with my weight. I write about the mental and physical road blocks I encounter on my weigh loss journey. I went from wearing a size 18/20 to a size 4 in 4 ½ months without any plastic surgery or supplements. I desired for the world to know if I could do, so can you!

“Shine Like A Masterpiece” is a manuscript of my life and how I struggled with my character not aligning with my reputation. I dealt with depression, but was not clinically diagnosed. I had challenges with self-esteem and self-identity issues. I was hiding behind lipstick! I triumphed over emotional issues. Additionally, in this manuscript I discuss solutions on freedom of the mind.
