One last example. A quick sample frequency-shifted down (-36000 Hz)segment of a bat flying in, switching from "echo-locating" to "echo-distancing", catching & swallowing, and flying off. This takes roughly 4 1/2 seconds. Immediately following is the same exact moment, but instead of frequency shifting, I've slowed the whole thing down 4 octaves. It now takes well over a minute, but the whole action is beautifully played out. When the moments are right, you can hear echoes from the bat's pulse. It's just a marvel of nature.
