With every musical genre, simply ask any number of DJs and you will receive any number of responses each proclaiming they possess the true definition of a genre. Enter Tech-House. Whilst intuitively a simple cross-pollination of House and Techno, eventually sound design clichés and pre-determined structures creep in. The best strategy of course is to recognise genre labels simply as adjectives and not nouns.
