• Mark asks, "I have been in my church for 3 1/2 years. In tight knit rural communities often someone born outside the community is perceived as an outsider. I've even felt this from within my own congregation, though they don't mean to be negative. To them it's just a reality. How can a pastor intentionally take strides towards becoming an insider in a community he grew up outside of?"
