We have a goal to bring together the veteran community, and discuss experiences with other service members and hopefully make others laugh, or think about certain topics in a different perspective. We don't claim to be right in "everything" that we talk about. Whatever we discuss here on the show is strictly our experiences. But if it is ever a topic needing backing by facts, we will make sure to find that information. But for the most part, we aren't looking to debate anything here.
Daevin and I take a second to reflect on our experiences in the Corps, as well as touching on more serious topics such as the need to remember that we are all just human beings. I feel as though during this time of crisis and stress, we forget that aspect of ourselves - and we become less empathetic to the concept of caring and compassion.
Other than that, we shoot the shot about time in Pensacola - and, well... we changed our name!
My name is Victor, and with my co-host, Daevin, we get our foot in the door with this project. We both discussed starting a podcast with a goal to bring together the veteran/military community. To my own fault, we talk a large portion of this episode on the political topic - but this was just a flow Daevin both had. We know this won't be a great first episode, but try and try again! We had fun on this one and are both looking forward to the next.
