Too many of us spend our lives before fifty doing a combination of some or all of the following: working, being mom, volunteering, driving to events/doctors/grandparents, family admin services, social director, cooking, wifing; that when we hit this age we’ve spent so much time on helping other people realize who they are that we forget who we are. We’ve put ourselves on the back burner so long, that we feel guilty for putting ourselves first for a change.
