Amos 4:6-13: Continuation of teaching regarding the issues of Godly repentance that Israel was struggling to do and how we as Believers, often have similar (if not the same) issues with our repentance unto GOD. Teaching also articulated that when judgments of GOD are spiritually recognized, one must prepare themselves to have an encounter with HIM regarding their unrighteous ways. Key characteristics of GOD that speak to having an encounter with HIM are as follows: HE formeth, createth, declareth, maketh, and treadeth (see v.13)
