Today’s podcast is a quick review, so I combined them to save us all a little time. Have a great weekend!
Both groups work on questions for their specific sections. There is also a Form for everyone to fill out about how things are going.
We’re getting close to the weekend, but there’s still a bit more work to do. Let’s finish strong!
Both classes continue working on questions for the specific sections they read, and we briefly discuss stall the teacher.
Now we know distance learning will be our norm until the end of the year. Let’s walk through what we’ll be doing today in English I and ELA 8/7H.
English I will be wrapping on Critical Thinking and ELA 8/7H will be working on the second half of scene 3.
English I will begin on the Critical Thinking. ELA 8/7H will continue working on the questions for the first part of scene 3.
English I begins reading the first part of the new section, and ELA 8/7H begin scene 3.
English I moves on to a new section, and ELA 8/7H wrap up scene 2 with a journal entry.
Hopefully everyone is returning from the mini break feeling rested. Today will ease both groups back into the stories. Listen for the code that will get you extra credit on Friday.
English I continues working on After You Read while ELA 8/H begins scene 2 of The Diary of Anne Frank.
Please disregard any due dates mentioned for Friday and Monday. We don't technically have school, so nothing will be due.

Today we dive into the next part of Odyssey and begin the journey with a unique young lady.
We’re wrapping up the week talking about the second part of our Odyssey section in English I. We’re also reviewing the CommonLit activity in ELA 8/7H.

With our expected return date pushed back at least a month, there is now a clearer picture about what’s upcoming.
We’re getting back at this distance learning today. Don’t worry. We’ll be easing back into it all.
That was a tough week for most of us, but we made it. Let’s finish this week strong and head into break on a good note.
