In reflecting on the creation of the Village Facebook group almost one year ago, I want to share how I encourage members to participate in the group to help keep engagement and interest at a high level. This episode is all about member recognition. I’m going to share insight into the structure of FB groups in general and more specifically about the two main ways that I have connected with members to get to know them better and create a culture that promotes positivity and college success without me having to devote every waking minute to manage the group.
