A fireball in the skies over Petersfield has been caught on camera by a man from Clanfield.

The meteor was seen streaking overhead by Graeme King. He recorded the shooting star on a camera on his car dashboard.

The unexpected space rock entered Earth’s atmosphere at about a quarter to ten on Monday night.

Steve Bosley is an astrophysicist from Clanfield Observatory. He told Shine Radio's Stephen Martin what Graham captured on Monday night.
