The short story 'Ruth' is the account of another Gentile who became part of Israel. Ruth was a Moabite who married an Israelite who died soon after. Ruth chose to return with her Mother-in-Law, Naomi to Bethlehem in Israel. Through a series of events she meets Boaz and they are married. Ruth's story is one of faithfulness, honor, trust, and God's silent guidance. Ruth became the great grandmother of King David.
