Kansas is one of the last states in the US to have absolutely no adult use, decriminalization, and even medical cannabis laws. You cant even have a hemp product above 0% THC. Kelly takes us through the culture of Kansas and the road blocks that he is currently fighting at the legislative level and what we all can do to help.
