This sound is the epitome of 60's instrumental beatnik merged with musicians and orchestras, and done well. Billy Strange played a mean-ass guitar and brought some current themes to a different pop light on this collection.

My dad played this album a lot when I was a kid and I was thrilled to find it on YouTube but all the songs were sped up. I have corrected their pitch and speed on these. Not sure if they'll get to stay up or not but it's worth a shot.
