He has been based in London since 2001, and is currently the head of a three-form entry primary school in Southwest London. He is also an inspector for the Office of Standards for Education, and a member of the Primary Headteacher Reference Group, which advises the Her Majesty's secretary and ministers on education policies. He is likewise a Bagong Bayani Awardee.
