Jenny talks to Kyle Majchrowski from Banner Health and our very own Juan Ramos. They discuss how Banner is working to develop a pre-design process ("Phase Zero") that reduces unknowns that create project risk in the form of cost or schedule surprises. 

Every client seeks to do this in some manner, but what piqued our curiosity about Banner's approach is their reliance on solid teamwork as the necessary ingredient to achieve success.
