The Galway Sings Project is a class based introduction to choir and group singing. Based in Galway city this is a brand new approach to singing where new, nervous or novice singers can experience choral music in a friendly environment where everyone is starting from a basic level.

This fun and novel community approach uses popular music to teach the fundamentals of singing in a group and the class based approach means the singers join a class and can meet other new singers and share the experience.

The central aim of the Galway Sings Project is to create a space for adult singers in Galway to experience the joy of choral and group singing without having to audition and ultimately equip the singers with the skills and confidence to join any of the other established choirs in Galway.
