Duncan Ross is a former Managing Director at JP Morgan, America's largest investment bank. For much of his career, he ran a multi-national corporation with a large workforce, enormous revenues and offices in numerous countries.

And then, in his early fifties, he retired.

And everything stopped.

So, what did Duncan do next?

Well that, as it turns out, is a very interesting and heart-warming story, involving, to date, thousands of homeless and street-connected kids worldwide.

On a very windy and rainy day in Mallorca, Duncan told the tale to Million Hours' Mike McDowall.
