Dr. Andrea Hilkovitz is an External Funding Coordinator for the Graduate College at Texas State University. Dr. Hilkovitz is also the university’s primary coordinating official for the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program (NSF-GRFP), where she helps eligible students prepare competitive applications.
