Today’s episode is an interview with Rob Verhelst, AKA Fireman Rob. Fireman Rob has been a fixture of IRONMAN. He is the guy wearing full firefighter gear for the run portion of full and half IRONMAN triathlons. He started this to honor the firefighters who died during the attacks of September 11th. Rob has set world records, started a nonprofit, spoken to thousands as a motivational speaker, authored a book, and most recently, founded Endurance Zone, which features Endurance Zone TV - the Netflix of Endurance sports.
