The city of San Diego is celebrating it's second annual West Coast Multicultural Carnival & Festival put on my the S.D.C.A. This mix was made to get people ready for what's expected on the road and that's nonstop energy. San Diego Carnival goes down August 9th - 12th and the parade takes place at the SDCCU stadium on August 11th from 12pm - 10pm. The mix is not perfect (1:30AM on a Sunday Morning).
