My message to all of these heroic, wonderful people is I extend my deepest gratitude to you. And please you do everything within your ability to be safe. My beloved guru, Srila Prabhupada, he gave a simple analogy that if a person is drowning, we have to stay above the water ourselves to help that person. Otherwise if we are drowning we cannot save another drowning person. When we go into airplanes, we’re told that if oxygen masks comes, mother should first put it on herself and then the other on her child. So please, all people who are on the front lines serving humanity, stay safe yourself in every way and then extend yourselves to do whatever you can to be an instrument of compassion for these other people physically, emotionally, spiritually. People need nourishment on all three of these levels of life and as far as possible let us provide that nourishment. Thank you. Thank you for taking this risk. Thank you for selfless service.
