Famous Forgotten Artists, a small virtual industry led alone by Joan Sala, from the city of Barcelona. Crea-tor of musical experiences from genres such as krautrock, synth-pop, ambient... mixed with industrial, dark-wave, progressive, psychedelic and rock. FFA make music for the 21st century but following in the footsteps of the pioneers who explored electronics in the 1970s and developed it in the 1980s. Retro-futuristic electronic music that questions how robotics and artificial intelligence can make the pres-ence of the human species unnecessary. How the deterioration of illusions, the destruction of nature and the passage of time can affect us. And deep reflection or not, how we got here and if this was what we wanted. We review some of the tracks produced by Famous Forgotten Artists throughout their more than 10-year career. And we do it by accompanying them with the music of other bands and musicians who have inspired, like or admire them.
